I see changes only if I make changes myself. As I understand Commit-operation makes me see changes made by other users.
yes. if you commit then only changes made unless it dont made.
What can I do?
you should commit.
I can make Commit every time I choose the row.
no need to choose the row. just hit commit. Transaction Control Lanaguage 1.Commit. 2.Rollback I hope you about it.
well come to ADF Commit/Rollback is for Application Module (i.e) entire transaction. not for any single row.
But it makes the app slowly and sometimes I don't need Commit.
here. what you mean slowly? if you dont commit nothing will be went to the db. then how others check it out the your changes.
better you can leave your usecase. get into deeper.
No. I need to commit to see changes made by others. But I need to see the changes (made by others) only by choosing a row.
there is history column check box say as updatedby dropdown in your vo. go with that it will be easily
here more clear.
i hope that your vo had a attribute says updateby means it should hold off who are all updating the values. by with that value and current login user value is not matching means highlight the color.
please google it how to give the colour for a row based on the condition.
say as example https://blogs.oracle.com/adf/entry/highlighting_new_rows_in_adf like this ah lot please google it out.
