1.check the /etc/inittab file and remove the entry for the crs in it, which is at the end of file.2.Then search for scripts like ll /etc/init.d/init.*. It will show you 3 files like crsd,cssd,evmd. Remove this file.3. search for ll /etc/ora*. you will get an oracle directory and a orainst.loc file remove both.And then start the fresh installation.
run as root:
# rootcrs.pl -deconfig -force
then run under oracle user:
This should do.
If you still see this warnings, check if you have any oracle-owned files under /etc, for example /etc/oracle dir with local ocr/olr location files.
Consider renaming/removing them and try again.
