You can't deploy to tomcat as it's not supported.
Deploying an ear file to weblogic can be done via the admin console or #Enterprise Manager', just follow the wizard in the deployment section.
However, you have to install the right (for your jdev version) adf runtime libraries onto the weblogic server
As for deployment on Tomcat - it is possible with ADF Essentials. There are limitations to ADF features that you may use with this, but if you aren't using those features, all you need to do is install the ADF Essentials library in Tomcat's lib directory. I believe that Tomcat is missing a few other libraries that are needed, but these are open source, mostly from Apache, and easily obtained. I have applied ADF runtime -220.127.116.11. Still I am getting same error. The following patch is required compulsory?
1.Pathches - p16546129_111160_Generic
2. Patches -p16546157_111160_Generic
I have downloaded this patch, but I ma not getting how to apply this patch. Readme document is not clear for me..Please give suggestion how to apply that patch on windows 7 JDeveloper 64bit.
