Maybe you can take a look at CMU component where the bundle (zip file) creation gives the bundle name in date format . So ,you can check how it is doing in CMU case and port the same to ZipRenditionManagement using custom component / code .

Basically the value is not a static one. It needs to be generated based on the time.
You can use one of the following options to generate the date & time and assign it to the string.
