    R12 Form Opening Issue

      While opening the receivables forms i am getting this error

       

      FRM-92101: There was a failure in the forms server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration

          Hi S27,

           

          Please click on details, and provide the exact error message you are getting.

           

          See if you can find for any error message in the Application and DB log files

            In addition to the error messages from the apps/dba log files (as requested above) please post the details of the application release, database version and OS.

             

            Is the issue with all forms or specific ones only?

             

            Can you reproduce the issue from a different machine and/or using different browsers?

              This is the error m getting in the application.log file.

                Hi,

                 

                Did you perform any recent changes to the system, please also have a look at the forms log file more information.

                 

                Please have a review on notes:

                Customer Form, Address Issue: Address is not Sorted (Doc ID 1071061.1)

                R12: "FRM-92101: There Was a Failure in the Forms Server During Startup" Error When Executing EXECUTE_QUERY in Forms (Doc ID 1111113.1)

                  It was working before? If yes what has been changed?

                    Assuming you have no errors in the database log file, please run AutoConfig and make sure it completes successfully.

                      APP-AST-207069: This user ID has not been setup as a sales force.
