Consecutive memory errors on 10g R2 installation

Hi,

We seem to have a persistant memory issue with our 10g R2 (10.0.2.4.1) instance in Windows 2008

Allocated memory is 1.2 GB and the process runs roughly @ 850MB

First occasion we saw the following error in log and had to restart the database

ORA-27300: OS system dependent operation:spcdr:9261:4200 failed with status: 997

ORA-27301: OS failure message: Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.

ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgpspawn

The second occasion (24 hours later), we got this error though a restart was not required as the system remained responsive.

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 8156 bytes (kxs-heap-c,kdbmal allocation)

Is this a bug ? Any pointers welcome.

Regards,

Steve
