I want the system send emails to users when they have notifications. i configured the workflow mailer good and the test send the mail well . but now i want to know if i have an example like in the PO when the user make a requisition and send it to the approver , i want an email sent to the approver that there is notification to approve the requisition and when he approve it i want an email sent to the requester that its approved now. i want to know how to do this and how the system gets the users email? can anybody help me? thanks
Is you workflow mailer up and running, As far as I know this is the default behavior of how the workflow mailer behaves when a purchase order is raised and approved by the apporver. Please re-check and let us know where the problem is actually visible.
