I just noticed that ADF 12c is missing from Lifetime Support Policy:

Hi,
feel free to file a documentation bug. Note that the document you point to has been released in June 2013 whereas JDeveloper 12c released in July (one month later). I would expect an update to this document with 12.1.3, which then is a full Fusion Middleware release. However, if you need this support added for JDeveloper before 12.1.3 releases its probably best to file a documentation bug.
