No, we only have one FDM server.
It's definitely Excel issue, I hate to say can you bounce the server. There might be hanging excel processes
If restarting the server does not help. Can you try to open any Excel file and see if you do not get any message?
For Excel 2003/2007 and Windows 2008 this is noted in the "Known Issues" in FDM 18.104.22.168 Readme document.
When using Windows 2008 server x86, create the following directory to enable Microsoft

Also, from all FDM App server, end all the excel processes.
