I have followed the same doc 1303564.1 solution 1, which is disabling GITO for "inactivity period to 0", solution 2 and 3 in my case is not required bcoz, it was already 10.1.4.3 upgraded before and I have not done any changes to OID/SSO instance. All I have done is Oracle Apps12.1.1 upgraded to 12.1.3.
Currently again I followed the solution 1 seting 'inactivity period to 15" as before.
If its not help than I suggest rise SR
I have raise the SR and they asked me to follow the same document 1303564.1 solution 1, solution 2, solution 3, but it does not help still the issue is exist, users are upset to re-login issue.
Did you resolve this issue, please guide us.
All I have done is Oracle Apps12.1.1 upgraded to 12.1.3 and my OID/SSO version 10.1.4.3.

I could not totally resolve it, try setting the ICX: Session timeout at user level to 10 mins less than at site level and test for few users, i.e if ICX: Session timeout is 30 mins at site level then at user level set it ti 20 mins. You need not bounce the system for this. If it works implement it.
