    Standard Manager is not coming up

      Hi,

       

      Standard Manager is not coming up and the standard manager log file from the front end shows the last processed date as way behind.

       

      Where as the internal Manager log shows the below error.

       

      Could not contact Service Manager FNDSM_<hostname>_<sid>. The TNS alias could not be located, the listener process on <hostname> could not be cont

      acted, or the listener failed to spawn the Service Manager process.

       

      And, when we ping for the alias, it is pinging.

       

      Here is the actions taken so far

       

      1) Done with re creating the library files and relinking the executables such as FNDSM & FNDLIBR using adrelink.sh

      2) Ran autoconfig which doesn't fix either.

      3) Verified the tns entries which is absolutely fine and listener is up and running as well.
