Question about Target Planning - 11.1.2.2

Hi,

If we were to incorporate Target Planning application, what are the risks/downfalls?  Can you ever AGG the entire application?  Or do you have to push the data to the leaf level first and then AGG it?  Can you still incorporate Workflow?  Heard that in Target Planning Applications workflow is not possible?

We are on 11.1.2.2
