We saw this error yesterday for first time - no changes on database or sql
Kicked off same etl mapping which runs the pl/sql packge concerned and then ran O.K.
Checked metalink - nothing matching our situtation - should have been no locks on table that I'm aware of.
Anyone seen/any ideas?
