Processing 30 MB+ file in BPEL

I have a requirement where I need to read a simple CSV file having size 30 MB+ in BPEL. Currently I am not able to read anything above 6 MB size. Even after using incremental read the process is taking more than 30 mins to read the file and pump it's data into a table. The file has @ 500,000 lines. I am using SOA suite 11.1.1.4.0 version.
