AFAIK, there isn't any such. But you can always compare the xml values and make sure if the content and payload structure are similar.
maybe you could try some embedded java to compare both xml documents
there is some code in there which uses the jdk functions only, so no need to add extra libraries to the classpath.
Thanks for the response. I wanted to have a solution without java but considering product limitation there is no choice.
well you could do something like this :
query table for xml1
query table for xml2
create a xsl with 2 input variables (xml1 and xml2)
and in the xsl compare for every element/attribute the values with each other
a bit cumbersome, but you could do the checks you want
