Problem Creating New Data Server in ODI

So I just installed ODI along with oracle dataserver 11G and I can't seem to install a new dataserver in the topology.

I right click on Oracle under Topology->Physical Architecture->Technology and nothing happens. If I expand oracle and right click on Datatypes, Actions, or Index Type the right click menu items show. Any idea why they won't show for Oracle?? I've tied this on a number of other technologies and get nothing there either. I can create new techonlogies but not news datatypes in them.
