Insertion fails when row data is not modified

Hi all,

Thx in advance for looking into the issue.
I am new to Apex.

I am facing the following issue in apex version 4.2.1.00.08.

I have a tabular form in which row is populated with default values on click of add row.

Unable to save the details without modifying the row details.

Is there any workaround to save the details with out modifying?
