Getting port Address already in use while running Integrator - (Clover ETL) project.

Getting - Error:

Error: Exception thrown by the agent : java.rmi.server.ExportException: Port already in use: 9999; nested exception is:

    java.net.BindException: Address already in use

While running GettingStarted (Clover ETL Project) in Integrator on Linux server. Not sure where is the conflict...and How can I change this port..I do not see any other application running except Integrator.
