No, a Flashback is a flashback of the entire database, including SYSAUX and AWR.
What you can do is to generate AWR reports and save soft copies of the reports (or print them out) for comparisons. You could also export the AWR data and import it into another database --- but note that the snapshot IDs would also get reset by the Flashback so you would be getting duplicate snapshots.

db is in terabytes, running memory +cpu intensive operations,, normal Tablespace Point-in-Time Recovery (TSPITR) is taking time hence checking if there is any option with RMAN that can use only flashback logs to achieve the same we get with normal TSPITR. Not sure if we have any option in rman with which we can use only flashback logs to do similar TSPIR kind of .. may be its kind of flashback tablespace to restore point grp1;
