If you can see the main toolbar then: Click on "Reset All toolbars" under View option.
If you cannot see any toolbar, the I would recommend you to delete the user preferences (as privileged user ex: privuser).
Update userdata set user_data = null where topic_name = 'pm_settings' and user_id in (select user_id from users where user_name = '<username>');
where <username> is the user's login id for Project Management

I am not able to view main toolbar.
So as you recommended, I run above query (as privuser). I got result "1 row updated" then i commit also.
After that i login to p6 professinal client , but still i am not able to view any toolbar.
Does i am missing anyting.

The information regarding where your toolbar layout comes from is not actualy in your user profile (which would have been my first thought as well).
There is a PrmBootStrap.xml file that has a large encrypted section called PMNavigation that stores all the bar information (at least according to Oracle Bug 16170632 and the subsequent SR I raised to get some info about that bug).
I haven't played around with this as the file says not to edit this section.
There's a couple of ways to tackle this.
1) Delete the data in the PMNavigation section, fire up P6 and hope it resets everthing (my least preferred option)
2) Delete the file itself and hope P6 recreates it at login (wouldn't be surprised if you need to re-add your Database Alias)
3) Get a copy of this file from a colleague (preferably from someone connecting to the same database).
Whatever you do please keep a backup copy of the PrmBootstrap.xml file

I am having the exact same problem.
I have tried Alex's suggestions, and they aren't working.
Since my last post I noticed a new bug on the oracle kb with a different solution that might work for you.
When logged into the client, press Alt + V , press down 27 times, press enter, press enter again (or click Yes).
What this is doing is bringing up the 'View' menu, scrolling down to Reset All Toolbars, accepting this selection, accepting yes on the reset.
Let me know how it goes.
