They are stored in the outline itself. If you take a copy of the .otl file and open it up in a text editor you can see the values.
If you want to extract them they can be exported from the Text List Manager tab in EAS.
Hmm...that's a bummer. I had to achieve 2 things:
1) I was looking for a way to populate the list using an automated process.
2) I need to see what will I see in OBIEE when I pull these text measures.
Well, you can export and import them from EAS but obviously that's not automated. You can export them as part of the 'export outline' in MaxL, as long as you know how to parse the XML output.
Not sure why there isn't a MaxL command to import these, but there isn't (AFAIK).
Studio does it, API program could do it. Seems like there should be an easier way...
