I see the below issue on production.
I would like to increase the timings from 5 minutes.
[09.28.13 14:17:17] FINE: Shutting down download thread pool
[09.28.13 14:17:17] FINE: Download thread pool shutdown initiated
[09.28.13 14:17:17] FINE: Awaiting download thread pool termination
[09.28.13 14:22:17] SEVERE: Download did not complete within 5 minutes
Occurred while executing line 28 of valid BeanShell script:
26| // archive logs and run ITL
[09.28.13 14:22:17] SEVERE: Caught an exception while invoking method 'run' on object 'BaselineUpdate'. Releasing locks.
Caused by java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
Caused by com.endeca.soleng.eac.toolkit.exception.AppControlException
Caused by java.lang.RuntimeException
[09.28.13 14:22:17] FINE: Removing flag update_lock
[09.28.13 14:22:17] INFO: Released lock 'update_lock'
The issue is in the downloader component (LadbrokesDownloader) which appears to be a custom or extended Deployment Template component.
You need to figure out where that error us thrown from to effectively troubleshoot. Since the component is specific to your (or your customer's) implementation, it is hard to say what the root cause might be.
