    How to disable mandatory 'Location' field in Customer Account/Site setup?

      I'm currently working with two Oracle R12 Receivables instances.  In one instance, I create a customer account and after selecting the site I have to fill out the free-field Location text box in the Business Purposes section.  In another instance, that same Location field is disabled and not mandatory.


      Do you guys have any insight as to what triggers this Location text box to be mandatory in one instance, but not in the other?
