Creating multiple workspaces linked to a single Beehive Online Group?

Mindy Barenblat-OracleOct 9 2013 — edited Jan 3 2014

Hi,

I need to grant external access to a variety of individuals and plan to partition access to content by linking multiple different work spaces to a single Beehive Online Group. Is that possible? It seems like it should be but then I read about how the workspace is linked to a group by having the exact same name with underscores and the word Workspace added (Example_Online_Group_Workspace)... if it is exact name match then linking multiple workspaces doesn't seem to make sense.

Second set of questions:

If I access Beehive Workspaces via Outlook I can see all of my shared Workspaces and I have permission to create a new Workspace in that interface. However, if I go to beehiveonline.oracle.com and try to create a Workspace there I do not have the appropriate permission level to create in that location.

Can I create in the regular Beehive and still link to the Online Group or do I have to create from the beehiveonline link? If I have to create from beehiveonline, how do I gain access? Will it automatically be granted once my Group is approved?

It seems like there is some invisible line depending on where/how the work space is created...

Thanks for your help! Mindy Barenblat

This should work if using TopLink/EclipseLink.
