I'm not seeing this.
The display format in SQL History is dd-mon-rr hh24:mi.
The storage format in the sql history files in dd/mm/rr hh24:mi
My NLS_DATE_FORMAT is DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS
Sorting in the SQL History window works.
I'm on Windows 7 64-bit, using JDK 1.7.0_40.
Could there be something in the java environment which affects the date format?
I have the same problem,
since v4 sql history date format is DD/MM/YY HH:MI.
It is used for every new query saved in history.
Old queries has correct format YYYY/MM/DD HH:MI.
I can see small difference in history xml files:
if changed 04/11/13 into 04.11.13 then date is displayed correctly and can be sorted.
In my case there were some entries that had future timestamps but current entries appeared to be generated with the correct timestamps.
I simply sorted by Timestamp and removed any future dated entry from the SQL history (which may not work in all cases). Since updating to the latest issue 18.104.22.168 I can confirm that everything is seen successfully in order.
