But is there any way we can check the time from JRE? Is there any command to check or we need to create a JAVA code ?
Check environment variables on the server... things like JAVA_OPTIONS... there may be something setting a different timezone for the weblogic JVM...

Adding a timezone option to JAVA_OPTIONS will solve the problem.
Add the following JAVA OPTION to setDomainEnv.cmd (windows) or setDomainEnv.sh(Unix)
change the value according to the server timezone.
Let me check with the options posted here and get back to you guys which one works
Thanks Anil, actually when I provide the timezone as Australia/Sydney it didnt work but GMT + 11.00 worked for me.
