    Windows 8.1 IE11 JRE 7u45 and 10.45.2

I upgraded to Windodws 8.1 Enterprise today and have noticed that the following plugins are incompatible

      Plugins Java(tm) Plug-In SSV Helper

      Plugins Java(tm) Plug-In 2 SSV Helper

IE like to constantly bug me that there are incompatible plugins installed, but there doesn't seem to be a way to remove them or disable them.  I attempted to reinstall Java using the IEXPLORER=0 flag, but it still puts them in there.

When I try to access a website that uses Java, in this case Kronos our time clock app, it installed Java Plug-in 10.45.2 which takes over 30 seconds and then asks me to accept the UNKNOWN application from Publisher Kronos Incorporated.  From that I am guessing that IE11 is now a plug-in based browser.  However, if I uninstall Java, Kronos just says that Java is not installed.  How can I pre-install this 10.45.2 plug-in and remove the SSV helpers?

Even when the 10.45.2 plugin works, it takes over 30 seconds for the logon to complete.  Used to be about 2 seconds using IE10.
