      Dear Experts,

I could not find a better forum for posting Fusion Applications LCM issues. Please share if you have come across the following while running Fusion Apps upgrade orchestrator in PreUpgrade mode on Primordial host (I'm doing the same for 11.1.5 to 11.1.7 upgrade).

java.lang.SecurityException: Method 'getState' cannot be invoked without administrator access

java.lang.SecurityException: Method 'getState' cannot be invoked without administrator access

This comes especially for FinanceDomain. I have checked that the FUSION_APPS_PROV_PATCH_APPID user is in Administrators group in all 8 domain's security realm. Not sure if the check uses the same login. Following is the complete failure report from log:

Check if SOA servers are running. Review log files for additional details to take an appropriate corrective action.
