Dear Sir or Madam,
Yesterday, I downloaded and installed for the first time a free trial version of AutoVue. I moved the .exe file to a different folder than the one it appeared in after installation. Then I tried to run the program, I got an error message. Therefore, I uninstalled the AutoVue and tried to reinstall AutoVue, however I was prevented from reinstalling it. I tried downloading another free trial version of AutoVue and then tried to reinstall Autovue, however I was prevented from reinstalling it.
Would someone from Oracle please get in touch regarding this issue or please indicate an Oracle email address I can use to resolve this issue?
I would be glad to provide my account information as verification of the date I registered at Oracle to download a free trial version of AutoVue.
if previously you installed the Autovue 2D version .
you will be unable to reinstall it because i also faced the same problem .
So , I suggest you to install Autovue 3D version from the below link.
