The MX connection timed out  - Java applet Oracle Beehive Conferencing

Good morning

We are unable to connect to join any conferences and continually get the error "The MX connection timed out".  Our proxy does require authentication - and I have read (on these forums) that ports 80/443/5224 need to be opened to beehiveonline.oracle.com and stbeehive.oracle.com for OWC to work.  Based on this I've raised a request with our network team to amend TMG accordingly - but I have been asked to supply evidence that this is actually required.

I cannot find an official Oracle document confirming the requirements so I enabled Java logging and found the following:

[10:55:03.658][29393274][INFO___][OMB][ConfControl-52] ConfOmbLogger.log: [PROXY_RP] HTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication Required ( Forefront TMG requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy filter is denied.  )

[10:55:03.658][29393274][INFO___][OMB][ConfControl-52] ConfOmbLogger.log: createProxiedHttpSocket(HTTP @ xxxx) took 6 ms

[10:55:03.658][29393274][WARNING][OMB][ConfControl-52] ConfOmbLogger.log: Could not connect to host https://stbeehive-mx.oracle.com:443 via [HTTP @ xxxx]: oracle.beehive.omblite.common.OmbException: Failed to connect to proxy server: HTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication Required ( Forefront TMG requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy filter is denied.  )

Looks like I need to open those ports to stbeehive-mx.oracle.com and not beehiveonline.oracle.com and stbeehive.oracle.com. I've read that port 5224 is used when proxy authentication fails, but can anyone confirm this?

Can anyone point me to an official Oracle document regarding the requirements for Oracle Web Conferencing when connecting from behind a firewall that requires authentication?

We need to get this working and to do so I need evidence of the requirements (ports to open and to which URLs).

I would really appreciate some assistance with this.
