We have SOA Suite 184.108.40.206 installed at a client. The problem we face is that there are DB Adapters, FTP Adapters and MQ Adapters configured that seem to go to sleep for some strange reason. Once this happens the processes using them fail. The only way to awaken them is to restart the SOA server.
Has this happened to anyone on the group. Also what we have noticed is that the FTP adapters seem to go down if there is no connectivity to the FTP servers for some time, but once the links are restored, the adapters don't restart.
What does the log files say ? Any help from them.. ? You could increase the log level for Adapters from the EM console to a more finer level, so that they divulge more information, which might give a clue about their hibernation.
