Unable to open popup with pdf using Glassfish & Apex

Hi,

i've a glassfish server 4 with apex listener on Linux.

I've a html page in which there are some href like file://server.../..../myfile.pdf

With glassfish+apex i cannot open these links. These links works fine if i open it on a new page.

These links works fine using embedded pl/sql listener.

What's wrong?
