I had newly installed Unifier 9.13.
I am logging as company administrator (ootbadmin), but still i am not getting access for number of things.
for example, I had provided custom dashboard access to ootbadmin user via Access manager (At company level)
But still i have no access to create new custom dashboard.
Similary i had provided full access to ootbadmin user for business process..but still i am not able to create new business process(At company level)
Modifying BP's is done at the staging level; if you are logged in to the server as OOTBADMIN but you are in production mode, you will not have the options to edit and modify BP's. Make sure that you are in staging mode.
If you are in staging mode on the server, and still can't view, then what Sean says is likely the problem.
The setting is in the server Configurator where you define the type of server (Staging/Production).
Best practice is that you maintain a "development" instance of Unifier in Staging mode and use this for all your testing and development and then have a second server set up for Production, and not switch back and forth.
If you switch the current Production system to Staging, then any active production user would be entering data in the Staging data, NOT production data. However, if you are just now building/implementing the system, you can switch the system using the Configurator to Staging so that you can make your design changes.
