EA3 - Long running query and Toolbar tools path

I am using EA3 on Win 7 64 bit

If i execute a long running query and then from the toolbar choose tools the tools menu list appears but the whole of SQL Dev freezes till the query finishes.

Is it just me that has this problem and why would it happen. The SQL Dev 64 W exe shows at 860M on the windows taskbar but i have 16G of ram

Yeah, I see that...it's a bug and will be fixed for the v4.0 release.
