    Wrong session timezone

We have numerous installations of sqldeveloper on different windows servers. The are all using the correct session timezone (GMT) without being especially configured to do so, except one which was insisting on displaying timestamps as VEZ (Carracus) time. This was confirmed by selecting SESSIONTIMEZONE. I have succesfully fixed this by putting an entry in sqldeveloper.conf but have been unable to discover what was causing it. Any ideas where it could have been getting this default from ? (Version is 3.1.07)
