So in reading the documentation, I found a note about how DDL operations are not supported i.e. will not work if you are using the SOURCEDEFS parameter. Does that mean that no DDL can be replicated period just because your source and target table definitions are not the same (i.e. CREATE INDEX, ALTER TABLE, etc.)?  If so, is there anyway around it?

In my configuration, all of the tables that will be replicated will have an extra column on the target side. So I have got the data loaded in the target tables via initial load, but now that I go to start the replicat, it of course gives me the 'Table with SOURCEDEF cannot have DDL operations...Either remove SOURCEDEF or filter out table from DDL operations.' message.

Any possible workarounds for this?

Thank you.
