We had strange Java issue on a customer site.
There are few hundreads of mailbox server running on Java exist in the site, and we observed "JVM RSS bloating" on 2 of them.
We haven't found any significant difference on the access traffic between the problem nodes and other "healthy" nodes.
We suspect on JNDI problem used in our program, but we haven't be able to identify the root cause because we have no heap dump.
We'd like to know if any other known issue reported on other site which will cause this kind of RSS bloating.
And my question is if anyone knows how we can open a ticket to the Oracle JVM team to get support.
Thanks a lot.
And this is a "Java issue" because you and/or your company has written something in the Java language and you came to this site for help with that?
Versus if you are running an application from someone else, that is written in java, then you would ask them about it.

First step generally is to create a service contract with Oracle and make the initial payment for that contract.
