Could you list all detailed steps? Specially what letter Ctrl+? Thanks.
Uh, sorry, I never noticed your reply. Probably because of new year forum software update which broke communications for a while...
Anyway, now that I finally had a chance to test that further, it's safe to say that linux and/or UIM are not at fault, I can reproduce the exact same behavior on Win XP.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Switch to Russian keyboard layout
2) Go to any table, open "Data" tab, click on any non-empty cell
3) Press Ctrl+c (standard "copy" shortcut).
Value should vanish from the cell and caret should start blinking inside it.
Can I get any feedback on this issue, please?
This bug is INCREDIBLY annoying, because there's no undo on values in data grid, hence the only way to get back the data I involuntary deleted is to rollback all the changes I've made so far.
It's possible that no one here is setup to test with a Russian keyboard. I would open an SR with MOS.
Hi, thanks for the reply.
I will if nobody here can test it. However, you don't need an actual Russian keyboard to do that, just adding a layout (temporarily) will be enough. Here's how to do it in WinXP | Win7 - it takes about 1 minute and doesn't affect your system in any other way. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could try and confirm it. Thanks.
