Yesterday big trouble: i have change my email from oracle
Then i login to pearsonvue for change email too..and they give me a new oracle id!
I try to login on certview with my oracle "old" id..and after three times oracle block
my login and tell me they contact me in 3 working days...
is not possible to contact someone to unlock my login?
I have proof of my oracle id(i have paper certification,card certification,and
old pearsonvue exam passed).
I hope that you have received assistance from Oracle Certification Support by now. For future reference, when you change your email address in your Oracle, you will then need to submit an SR to Oracle Certification Support requesting to have your CertView account updated with your new username. The first time you login to CertView after making this update and having the support team update your CertView account, you will need to authenticate your account again with your new details. You will be prompted to do so. I believe that the problem was that the Oracle Certification Support team had not taken care of the change on the back end in CertView, this is why you had difficulty with your account. However, they usually take care of account issues within 24 hours, so I hope that you received resolution quickly.
Regarding your Pearson VUE account, you will need to contact Pearson VUE to request to have the IDs merged. I'm not sure what happened with that.
