Oracle ASM Upgrade 10gR2 -> 11.2.0.2

Hi,

Following Oracle's desupport notice, I need to upgrade my 10.2.0.5 ASM instance running on windows 64bit to 11g R2.

Can anyone provide me with  a link or metalink page that provides step by step instructions for doing this?

I tried following the upgrade guide, for the grid infrastructure and it just hung at the point of 'Starting Grid Configuration'. At this point I had to do a full system restore back to 10g r2.

There are no functional reasons for upgrading the the DB from 10.2.0.5 as it is running well and has experienced no downtime since August and at the moment, the risk of upgrading without clear documentation seems too risky.
