Are you using the orchestration script or installing manually?
If you're using the orchestration script, make sure that the ADF zip file is named ofm_appdev_generic_22.214.171.124.0_disk1_1of1.zip. If you downloaded it from the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud, it'll have a name like "V29673-01.zip", which means you'll have to rename it because the orchestration script is hard-coded to look for a file named ofm_appdev_generic_126.96.36.199.0_disk1_1of1.zip.
I too have the same issue and also I have renamed the file to "ofm_appdev_generic_188.8.131.52.0_disk1_1of1.zip" as per the instruction in the installation guide.
Please let me know what else need to do.
1. Are you installing on Linux or Windows?
2. Check the $TEMP_DIR/log/ADF_INSTALL.log. Does it list any failures?
Thnaks Frank. I checked the log and it said I shouldn't use "root" account to install ADF. The orchestration script was successful after I switched to different account.
