    timeout error on weblogic cluster

    user11163933

I want to run a web application on a cluster. There are 2 servers(10.0.0.32 and 10.0.0.192). When I try to run this application on 10.0.0.192 I am getting below error.

By the way I am using adminserver on 10.0.0.32. I can control server 10.0.0.192 without any problem from 10.0.0.32 adminserver(I mean I can start-stop-restart server) but When I try to deploy my web application, it only runs on 10.0.0.32 server. I am getting below timeout error from 10.0.0.192.

I have some questions by the way, I have a datasource for this web application and I choosed my cluster as target for this datasource. But monitoring tab shows that my datasource only running on 10.0.0.32 server. Is it true way to configure datasource for cluster?
