What could be the reason why my customization isn't applied to my existing portal.
I have a page in my portal where I dropped custom taskflows.
I customize the taskflow by following this document http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E25178_01/webcenter.1111/e10148/jpsdg_taskflows.htm
and in my libraryCustomizations folder under that customization project I saw it created this file custDetails.jsff.xml
<mds:customization version="184.108.40.206.93" xmlns:mds="http://xmlns.oracle.com/mds"> <mds:modify element="customer"> <mds:attribute name="rendered" value="false"/> </mds:modify> </mds:customization>
I then copy this folder into a temporary folder.
and executed this command
importMetadata(application='CustomerPortal', server='MyPortal', fromLocation='C:/Customize', docs='/**')
But sadly I still notice that my customization is not applied. What did I do wrong?
I followed the exact steps from the document but I am still unsuccessful.
My use case is simple:
I have to hide a part of the taskflow when customizing.

Have you specified the customization context?
It looks like you are customization the taskflow but did not apply it on the correct layer.
