java whitelisting and a Microsoft CA

    KTCMD

First - I dont really know anything about jar signing and was very new to the idea of whitelisting java apps until recently.  So I am still a rookie.

I was able to create the ruleset.xml sign it and add it so that I could block java apps on my workstation.

However what I can't seem to find is a way to utilize my Microsoft CA within the process of creating a ruleset.xml - then the deploymentruleset.jar

Is there a way?  I dont want to have to create a cert and deploy it via GPO.  It seems like there should be a way to make the depoymentruleset.jar be signed by the root CA.

I do have Microsoft Active Directory (hence the Microsoft CA).
