PRIF-12: FAILED TO INITIALIZE CLUSTER SUPPORT SERVICES

Hello,

Trying to install 10g CRS RAC on WIN 2003 RAWDEVICE we get the following error.

Is anyone sucessfully installed 10g CRS RAC ???

Is this is a known bug ???
