I'm trying to launch exercise 1 of the Oracle AS InterConnect SDK tutorial. This tutorial involves building an adapter Bridge. I'm getting the following behavior at run time.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
      Thanks in advance

      xe -debug "Oracle OAI Adapter 9.0.4 - Exercise1" C:\OraHome3\oai\9.0.4\adapters\
      Exercise1 adapter.ini
      The Adapter service is starting..
