Oracle SOA Suite 10.1.3.3.1 Extended Support Policy

HI Folks,
Can anyone clarify if I can avail extended support on Oracle SOA Suite 10.1.3.3.1 upto Dec 2014 ?

As per the Oracle Lifetime support policy the extended support is applicable into entire 10.1.3.x Release of SOA Suite and nowhere there is a mention whether the customer need to be on the last patchset of 10.1.3.x family.

Any information on this will be apprciated.
