Are there history functions in KSH similar to BSH?

The bash shell provides number of features for shell history such as HISTTIMEFORMAT that enables timestamps in history file or "logging to syslog" feature that forces bash to forward all history entries to syslog.

I am wondering if the ksh that comes with Solaris 10 has similar features.
