Steven is correct. How did you assigned space to directory? Do you mean a separate mount point? If it mount point which is full then check for .dsc(discard) files under dirrpt folder.
Am using golden gate oracle software . In that while checking ls -lrt it shows occupied space as "706MB", but i assigned 30GB space for that directory.
Now it is got full.
How can i check on this?

You mean sometime back it was 706MB and now entire 30gb is used? It may happen when extract is extracting data but replicat is not able to write to the target database in which case dirdat folder would be increasing in terms of size but then also GG will abend with error if it can not write to target DB.
Please clarify your issue.
