We have an app that is continuously logging in out(connect/disconnect) so fast in the database as part of its design purpose.
Hence it is generating lots of audit logs in "adump" folder. I just keep on deleting them every hour bacuase it generates 150,000 audit log per hour.
Just to avoid wasted resources(cpu, memory, process) in creating and deleting this audit log, is there a way to disable it? It is on no use anyways becuase I will just delete them anyway.
Have you diagnosed why exactly the app is connecting and disconnecting?
You can disable auditing of this particular user by "NOAUDIT session BY <username>';
If you want to disable Auditing entirely , set AUDIT_TRAIL to none. To purge all the audit entries, you can delete from/truncate table sys.aud$.
